Returns and refunds

If it doesn't fit, or you've changed your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send it back.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, including the standard outbound delivery you paid.

Return postage

Return postage is yours to cover, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described — in which case we cover it and sort the problem out quickly.

Faulty or misprinted items

Everything is printed to order, and occasionally a print goes wrong. Send us a photo through the contact page and we'll replace it without argument. You don't need to return a misprinted item.

These terms don't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
